By using UnitOps you agree to these terms. If you use UnitOps for an organization, you agree on its behalf. A signed agreement with your organization takes priority over these terms where they differ.
UnitOps helps nursing units collect shift preferences and award shifts by seniority using the rules your organization sets up. Your organization is responsible for entering its contract rules and staff information correctly and for reviewing results before they are published.
Keep your sign-in private. Only enter staff information you are allowed to share. Do not enter patient information. Do not misuse the service or try to access another organization's data.
Your organization owns the data it puts into UnitOps. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
We work to keep UnitOps available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms and will post changes here.
UnitOps is a scheduling aid. Final staffing decisions remain with your organization. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
